Dolce Vita Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar

A little gem, pretty authentic Italian food. Had some good wine, food had great flavor, and the atmosphere was nice. Valet was included if you care about that sort of thing (we self parked). Pesto was incredible and the cicchetti options were good. A bit expensive, but Wednesdays are half off wine bottles. Got the Italian 75 and it was good but a bit overpriced. Would go back!

Not sure what the hype is with this place. Came here for dinner Saturday night—had reservations so we were seated right away and as the night progressed, it got extremely busy. Service could be improved. Food took A WHILE to come out! Our appetizers took over half hour to come out, and that’s only after I flagged down a server to check on our order. The Calamari Fritte was decent, but we didn’t even get a chance to finish it before ALL our pasta entrees AND salad came out all at once. For the pastas, we tried: Penne alla Vodka, Linguini Vongole (with garlic white wine) and Lobster Pasta (Fra Diavolo). My favorite was the penne alla vodka—very flavorful and the creamy sauce was delicious! The other two pasta dishes were okay—the pasta noodles were too thick for our preference, and the linguini vongole was more on the bland side while the lobster pasta had a nice spicy kick with lots of lobster meat. The Arugula-Prosciutto Salad with Salmon (extra $12) was pretty good! The restaurant was extremely COLD, they had the air conditioning blasting—I was getting chills throughout dinner. Also, the parking lot is very tight and small, so you may need to park across the street at the hotel.

Came by while waiting for car to be serviced at the dealership. Quiet vibes on a Saturday at 2 PM but the food did not disappoint. You can tell when the kitchen cares about food. Chicken Parm over angel hair pasta and Linguine + Clams! Sydney served us and she was awesome. Bring a date, the food speaks for itself, plus pretty decent happy hour.

Second time coming here, the food is great, the prices are really good for the quality of the food. Today Yuri was our server and he did an outstanding job, great service! The pastas are delicious, great appetizers and my kids love the pizza and the spaghetti with meatballs! The seafood fettuccine is superb. Definitely a hidden treasure in Nova, we will come back very often!!

Dolce Vita has become our go-to, favorite restaurant. The food is great authentic italian food, the staff very attentive and friendly, ambiance is nice and we always get a table. I think it's a hidden gem in this area. I don't know how it took so long for us to find this place, but we frequent it often and always leave happy, well-fed and talking about what we are going to order next time we come. We spent NYE there with 2 other couples and had a wonderful time. We had great food, great service and enjoyed a relaxing dinner at a very reasonable cost.
